An alphabetical attempt to sort out the state of things

Child-refugee: You are scared of darkness. You go to your mother’s lap. You feel good.

Economic-refugee: You don’t make enough money in your home country. You go abroad. You work underpaid but receive financial aid from the government. You feel stupid.

Ethnic-refugee: You look unlike the majority. You are being picked on. You go to a place where you look alike. You feel good.

Intellectual-refugee: You think different. You are not understood. You are annihilated. You go to a place where you are understood but look unlike others. You feel better.

Lifestyle-refugee: You can’t stand the way others think and you feel you need substance. You go off to seek it. You live in adventures. You think there is only today. You feel good.

Mental-refugee I.: You are bothered by others who don’t look like you. Your mind is challenged. You do your best to make life miserable for those who dislike you. You feel good.

Mental-refugee II.: Your mind is idle. You go to a place where you contemplate and your mind is challenged all the time. You feel good.

Political-refugee: You don’t like your government. You try to change it but you realise you can't do it alone. You choose to escape crucifix. You go to a place where you are better off just keeping quiet but. You feel lost. No crucifix though.

Power-refugee: You want or like something others don’t. You force them to like it too. You nail on the cross those who resist. You feel great.

Tax-refugee: You pay too much tax. You move abroad and make more money. You feel good.

Weather-refugee: You can’t stand the climate you were born to. You find a warmer or colder one. You feel good.

If you are not able to associate yourself with any of the above, then you either really are NOT a refugee or the list is incomplete. In that case, please feel free to create your own category.

Recommended issues to consider: migration, xenophobia, chauvinism, tolerance,
market-economy, media, family, religion, nature, knowledge, violence, existence, success, happiness, traditions, values… lunch-break.
